Papiya Sharmin

Papiya Sharmin was born in Bangladesh. She immigrated to the United States of America with her parents at an early age. Even though it was not an easy transition for her to settle in a foreign country, which is on the other side of the glove, it was not a hard task for her to adjust herself with the momentum of obstacles and adversity. Papiya Sharmin, unlike many others, did not let her guard down to the adversity and continued to chase the American dream. Being minority women, facing cultural back slash, it was not a tough task for her to overcome such resistance. In the year of 2017, Papiya Sharmin had joined the New York City Police Department by breaking through all entanglement, proving herself as a strong woman. While working in NYPD, Papiya Sharmin is still continuing her education in Laguardia College to further enhance her career goals. Besides keeping herself busy with education and work, she does not abandon her hobbies. Neither her Backpacking hobbies nor her photography gets less attention while being a full time student and a fulltime worker
